Christopher Newport University Announces Alpha Chi Inductees

(NEWPORT NEWS, VA) - Christopher Newport University is pleased to announce the induction of 51 new members to the Virginia Zeta Chapter of Alpha Chi National Honor Society. Membership is limited to the top academic 10 percent of juniors and seniors at the university.

Alpha Chi is a coeducational academic honor society. Since 1922 its purpose has been to promote academic excellence and exemplary character among college and university students and to honor those who achieve such distinction.

Christopher Newport University is a four-year public university in Newport News, Virginia. CNU enrolls nearly 5,000 students through its College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and the School of Business.
