CNU Welcomes New Publications Writer

“I look forward to working with departments across campus, assisting them with their writing and publications needs,” Schnepf said. “My educational background is centered in the liberal arts, so I can appreciate CNU’s academic mission and the well-rounded education it offers.” Schnepf comes to CNU from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Ind., where he served the past three years as a project editor in the Engineering Communications Office. In that role he provided project management and editorial services to schools and programs across the College of Engineering. He also played an instrumental role in developing the college’s revamped, award-winning alumni magazine, which debuted in fall 2005. His additional experience in higher education includes serving as an admission counselor at Mercer University, Macon, Ga., where he recruited out-of-state students, helped organize recruitment events and served as a staff writer/editor. A native of Indianapolis, Ind., Schnepf earned his bachelor’s degree in journalism from Franklin College, Franklin, Ind. He earned his master’s degree in library science at Indiana University’s IUPUI campus in Indianapolis.
