(Newport News) - The 1st Annual Christopher Newport Universty (CNU) Black Alumni Homecoming Event sponsored by the Multicultural Student Association and the Office of Multicultural Affairs will take place on Saturday, November 8 at 7 p.m. in the lobby of the Ferguson Center Music & Theatre Hall.
All former graduates of CNU and CNC are invited. Alumni interested in attending should RSVP to msa@cnu.edu by Saturday, November 1.
The mission of the Office of Multicultural Affairs at CNU is to promote multicultural education and enhance campus life through student outreach, cultural celebrations and educational programming. It encourages a broader understanding of multiculturalism: a philosophy that acknowledges accepts and promotes the perspectives and achievements of all people.
